Our skill in design is complemented by our skills in managing the projects we design. To us, the two are inextricable: We are Practical Visionaries. At the outset we perform deep due diligence and research to determine the real world parameters that will shape our projects. We follow through with team leadership in the design and construction process, making sure all team members are aligned, working towards the same ends. On many projects we work closely with our client’s project management team. On some projects we become the Project Manager. Our management services include:
Project Budgeting and Scheduling
From day one we establish budget and schedule parameters which then are managed throughout the design and construction process. In some projects the owner’s Project Manager has overall responsibility for these matters. In that event, we support their efforts. On other projects managing these aspects of the project are part of our scope of services.

Managing Governmental Approvals
