Developed as a multi-phase project, the new building will be between 45,000sf and 50,000sf and incorporate 55 dwelling units in a mixture of studio through three bedroom units. The design uses innovative detailing to accomplish near Passive House thermal performance, thereby minimizing operating costs and optimizing comfort.
